Title: Microcogen Site Login Difficulties

The Microcogen site was updated.
Thanks MobileBob and Hwew.

I am unable to login and cannot get a message to the host in orde to advise of the issue.
I tried on various computers, but I get an Error message as soon as I click the Login button.

Anyone else having issues?

I’ll let Bob G know.
It’s been working fine for me.

Did you try a different web browser?
On some other forums I visit, Google will not work.

You would think that if your normal browser worked in the past then it should now. I had a similar problem with another Forum and cleared all of the cache n cookies but made no difference. Turned out there was a setting on the Admin side that had a glitch. Hopefully it gets sorted for you.

I did some searching and I might of found the problem. The finding’s were just sent to Bob.

Just for kicks clear out cash and cookies again. And type microcogen.info only. Keep www off.
Then try logging in.

Update:

I did some tests with my cell phone.

I first tried typing www.microcogen.info and I got the same error message. I could not login.

I cleared cash and cookies and typed microcogen.info only and I was able to login  fine.

becasue it's now  https://microcogen.info/

 IT'S ......  HTTPS://

NOT ..... WWW.

Everyone try  https://microcogen.info/

I can't get on at all.
When I try to sign in the box just says error.

Everyone that is having problems getting on try:

1.   Clearing cash & cookies on the browser

2.   Type in https://microcogen.info manually and hopefully you will be able to login.

Note:
 Do not click on a link if microcogen comes up in a search engine such as google. It try’s to connect with www.microcogen.info  and this will not allow you to login.

Try this for now until we get more info.

No luck for me.
I can get to the main page but no luck getting anywhere.
If I try to sign in it says "error".
If I try to go to a sub page it says "not acceptable".

Humble suggestion.....

Your bookmark may still be directed to the old URL address.

Manually type      https://microcogen.info/        and try it.

If that works, bookmark the working page and delete the old bookmark.
