Ask this ebay seller:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255371550681

As he has loads of new parts for Lister D. Get back to me if he has and I will PM you his phone number.

My Lister D came with no pushrods so I bought a pair. They are of different lengths and I don't know which is inlet or exhaust, can anyone let me know which is which.

The short rod is for the exhaust side.  That's the side with the bypass.
