Hi
Anyone know of a source for rod bearings (23/220) for a lister ce. Not sure if other models, like a jp would work. Also has anyone had these bearings rebabbited and what the cost would be..
Thanks..

Hi,
I don't think the JP big end bearings will suit - they have a part no 10-4-8.
Cheers,
Jim

I don't know if you require STD or an undersize, but here is a link to some on ebay at present @0.010" undersize (with care they could be resized back to STD and would still be cheaper than having your old shells remetalled

Hi
Anyone know what the stock rod journal size would be on the CE crank, trying to figure out what rod bearings are needed.
Thanks..
-
Standard big end journal diameter is 2.7475" / 2.748"
Connecting rod big end bore is 3.125" / 3.1255"
Finally the Glacier Pt# for these bearings is B2017M
The above information was taken from a 1979 Glacier/AE replacement bearing catalogue

Hi
That's just what I was after, I ordered a micrometer and it should be here Monday. Now I'll just have to figure out how to read it....
Thanks

The journal measured 2.737"...
I was able to purchase the 0.010" from ebay..
Thanks for the help...

looks like that bearing was put on to tight and not shimmed .
