I wish everything in this life was as dependable as an old lister. First power outage,ST-1 started first compression lights refrigeration and fans.No flicker everything including mommy seemed happy. Frank C.

But of course!  Our major telecomm company in Alaska uses lots of mountain top repeaters with multiple modern generators of various sorts... each of them also has an old air-cooled Lister HR as the final fail-safe device to be able to guarantee no significant down-time.

When the chips are down, they know they can count on the old Listers to always perform.

There are backups, then there are fail-safes.  ;)

Thob,can't use that ploy anymore already have a half dozen generators,even the back ups have a back up. Frank C.
