It looks like the microcogen site just suffered a LEF moment...... :(
Nevermind..... It was a quick outage.
Still had me worried though :)

from time to time our hosting service takes us offline while the reboot their servers
we are usually up and running before anyone notices, however
we did have one outage early on, when another forum hosted on the same server was being attacked by some odd bot problem, the forum was down about a day or so that time. the host took down the server with ours and other forums on it so that the damn bot would quit pinging and end the attack. that was the longest outage we ever had.
if it were up to me all hackers, and those that write viruses of any type would be summarily executed the second time they got caught in such activities,
the first time i would have all their fingers cut off!
anyway i digress
the uptime of our host is reportedly very good, and has been very good in our experience at least so far. knock on wood, it will continue the same.

Mike, if I end up with a little lady like that, hell you'd better bring some guns with you....
I find that life without a wife/mistress is MUCH easier to cope with... plus I get to play with whatever Man Toys I like :)
