Is it me or does this function not work anymore? I used this feature heavily to read what is going on but for some reason it has been saying no new post since last visit......do I have a rotten or mushy cookie?
-
It's also interesting that it says you posted "today at 10:04:16 pm", but on your profile page it says that your current time is "feb 14, 2011 @ 07:20:22 pm" & you are in the western time zone so the time should be closer to 02:20 pm.
Do you hear the theme to "twilight Zone " playing the background ??? LOL

It is and has been working for me all through the transition, so, I'm guessing it is something on your end.

When I deleted the cookies it also deleted the cookies for the microCHP forum and now I cannot seem to remember the password for that site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have asked for the email 2 time but nothing arrives in my email?????????? even though it says email sent??????
Well got to go be back late tonight sure hope the forum gods heal this up please :'( :'( :'(
At least I could remember the password for here.
May be the other site is in a state of change and that is holding up the mail??????????

Bill,
My computer at home was fixed by deleting cookies but my list of passwords was short. My computer at work is another story.....I will have the same problem as you....wish I could delete the cookies for just this site!!!!!!! Maybe a geek will help us out!!!!!

xyzer,
Go to: 'tools', 'internet options', then in the 'browsing history' section go to 'settings', then 'view files'. Look for anything with lister engine in the 'internet address' column and delete it.

Well I managed to scrape the password out of my brain for the microcogen site so back on there.
But no matter what I do here the clock is off about 6 hours??????????????????
Log out and in a bunch of times and clear cookies but still the clock is off what to do now???

Ok
I finally figured out the clock problem I was having since this site got moved.
You go to your profile page and under the section that says modify profile then pick the selection labeled "look and layout preferences"
then there is a line marked "time offset" beside it is a button marked "auto detect" and bingo pressing it fixed the glitch.

Glad you got it all sorted out in the end. Sorry I wasn't around to help, had a long day of "real" work yesterday that kept me away from t'internet...
I guess I should mention that the forum server is now in the GMT +0 timezone, so anyone outside of GMT who sees this post posted at around 9.25am, you need to do what Bill Swan did in his post above.

Listerboy,

Yep, PITA, but better than wracking your brain trying to remember all those passwords than USED to be under the keyboard! ;D
