Title: Changfa 1115 Timing Gears Alignment

Hi my son had to take the timing cover off the engine because the injection pump slide was frozen where it would not come out with out taking the cover off as he removed the cover the cam shaft drive gear came off  also the gear that has the large ball bearings they came loose so he had to remove that gear to to put the ball bearings back he is not sure if i that gear is correct either.  He put them where he thought they went butt the engine is out of time. Does anyone know the timing gear aligment. the gears have single o, 1, 2, 3 and double oo, 11, 22, 33 and there are some other markings also. Any help ould be graetly appreciated thanks.

  Easy!  Just align the gear with the single0 ,so that the single0 is in between the Two 0's on the other gear.

  Repeat this for the 1's,2's and 3's
