If I didn't know better, I'd say this was a "Saturday Night Live" gag commercial.  I'm not sure if it's funnier as the gag, or sillier as the supposedly "real" product.

Combusto indeed.  Watch them spontaneously combusto and dissappear after they get your money.

The FAQs are hillarious.  #11 is my favorite--

What should I do, if I find my car has excessive power and may lose control?
Reduce the dosage of Combusto from the recommended quantity by half or skip using Combusto at alternating pump filling.
