maximum amount allowed to skim CS4 Cylinder head before you run into clearance i

Can anyone help me please, I am rebuilding a CS4 lister Petter 1986 engine based on the Ford 2722E the head has been skimmed by 13 thousands of an inch and I am wondering if this will cause issues with valves hitting pistons.

Does anyone know the maximum amount that can be skimmed before you have issues?
