Hi VP, sorry not to have been in touch but I`ve been in hospital.
Stef is right, if you can cool the shaft and heat the flywheel it will come apart. You could mount it in your new hydraulic press. If all else fails you could buy a pipe freezing pack from you local plumbers store, this should get the shaft down to around minus 20 degrees centigrade. If that does not work, run a large bead of weld around the outside of the flywheel boss with an electric arc welder, do it both ends of the boss. You will have to grind the weld material off later but who cares how you got it off as long as it is off!

Hi Everyone

It's done... finally, like Jim Perkins said. And that piece of spring blade gave utility. And yes, I gave it some heat in the flywheel

Let's go up!

Cheers

Hi Everyone

Hello Bob, is that hand recovering? Everything went well, The floor had the card board, that piece of truck spring blade with 2cm thickness, and above a piece of MDF for cushion.

Now it is begin to remove the parts from the basket, primary paint, and then enamel MBG. Cutting paper joints, puting screws...

One day at a time.

Cheers
VP

Hi Everyone

Special thanks to Bob, and a wish of a quick recovery of his hand, (he will need it!).

There's nothing like seeing a machine "dressing up". Take a look!

Have a holy Easter, or another celebration that reminds us that Saint Peter will need to illuminate Paradise with, maybe  a CS or, perhaps, a Petter...

Be Happy, please.

Before painting I had to repair the "office clothes", sew holes and put elastic for protection.

Tighten 'til it strips, weld nut to chassis, peen stud, adjust with angle grinder.
