Metric....Imperial

Somewhere in Florida there is a house....built from the plans....BUT.... The builders used imperial rules...the plans were metric......wonder how tall you need to be to climb the stairs comfortably  ::)

I think that would be near impossible.

A standard wall height would be 2400MM. 2.4M, 240 Cm. Convert any of that into inches and you have either towering ceiling and roof heights or you have less than a dolls house. 80cm door width taken to 80 inches would be one hell of a door width. Forget about the stairs, with 70 inch bench heights in the kitchen, you are going to need to be 7 ft tall just to butter your toast! Cupboard space underneath would be impressive though and no doubt the kids ( and guests) could sleep in there very comfortably!

Normally measurements for homes are given in Mm so if the house had 66Ft wide doors, imagine how long the rest of the place was!
