They are expecting a lot $$$ , as it should be. I offered them $20,000 prior to auctioneer fees and such, bid not accepted. We will be watching this one closely for a number of our clients.

Oh how I would love to go... ;D  I wonder what the singles will go for?

Realistically, they would have to stay crated and unused........
As with a new car, when the "key is turned", they would loose a large % of their value.
That brand new 8/1 would then be in the same category as a used one.

That said, too bad someone like Gary or Butch could not get their hands on one for tear-down and measurement.

We can all dream though........

Cheers,

Yea,I second that! But this is just what I was afraid of that it will get totally crazy!
But I wouldn't waste my money if I wasn't going to work it.
The site would not load for me most of the day I thought maybe the site got pulled so word would not spread. Lol

Gary, I don't know weather they will sell choice on the crated engines but I would rather we dident run them up on each other because I plan on bringing a trailer

And some plastic sheeting, duct tape, and a HD tarp held tight around with a shitload of bungees.

Auctions often come down to who is in attendance and who has the deepest pockets. I have had this trip planned for well over 2 months now and most of that equipment already sold - assuming we prevail of course.  ;D
