I am no chemist, and don't have first hand experience , but I saw an explanation on another alternate fuels site which suggested that oils as such do not
have a ph. Acids and alkalines are water based fluids and unless you have free water in your oils these will not be present. You could try blending a sample of your oil by
agitating it with water and testing the water when settled out, but you may then have a small amount of suspended water which will only be removed with difficulty by heating and centrifuging. Look into other alternate fuel sites. there is a lot of info out there, Regards, Combustor.
