Hello Guys ,
 Can You Share Your Generator Panel Design ideas .Ideally We Would Like To Have Amp ,Voltage and Frequency Meter In The Same And Also Would Like To Have circuit Breakers , Auto/Manual start & Stop And Some Indicators .

Panel and control system design is a complex subject !  There are many examples on this forum, I think you need to do some exploration of previous threads. One thing I will comment on is your mention of auto stop/start. For this facility you will need a starter motor and load sensing. The original Lister SOM's , Start-O-Matics, had an alternator which was also a starter motor, all contolled by the electro-mechanical SOM system. As soon as a load of more than 100 watts was applied the set started automatically. Whilst running it charge the starter battery. When the load was removed the set shut down after a pre-set delay.

If there was a website I would gladly send you a link !  I believe some Listeroid makers have starter kits for their engines but after that the control systems and panels are do it yourself.

  i have a question when a large ring is used to start the engine does it not inbalance the same

Possibly it could. In practice it's unlikely to be an issue as the mass of the starter ring is much less than the flywheel, although if it's around the outer edge of the flywheel inbalance is more likely. Re-balancing would not be a major task though.
