This was one mans "scrap" I just picked up for $10.  A running 1971 Lister SR1 showing 572hr on the clock. Also snagged 2 LPA3 1 running 1 not :) & a 30 gallon fuel tank.

use some boards as a pry bar to get pipes or logs under the frame and then use a come along to drag it onto a trailer.  Look up Johnson ber to get an idea of how to get some leverage on the frame.

Finally made it back up there...

Gen head is gone, someone shot the fan off breaking the bracket, valve cover and air intake is missing along with some internal bits, injection hoses, injector pump is missing, speed governer, oil pump... More has been stripped off and is missing. No doubt off to the metal recyclers in Vancouver...

Bummer!

Should still grab it though if you can.  With some patience you can replace the missing parts...

Too bad you didn't jump on while it was complete!

The valuable part is the engine anyway...

GET MOVING!!!!!

You should post where it's at if you don't want to go back and get it.  That way it can be saved and not scrapped.
