Cylinder stud sizes for twin Listeroids

What is the thread size for the cylinder studs on twin Listeroids? I want to make a lifting apparatus...

mine is a metro 12/2. Stud size is 3/4" by 10.  I bought 2- 3/4 by 10 couplers and mounted a lifting eye 2 each, grabbed one diaginally off each cylinder and lifted the whole engine with generator and steel mounting frame. several times. No problems so far, double nut the studs first and torque the studs to 175 ft lbs first! Mine is a 4 bolt head and should be torqued to 165/175 ft lbs.
As there are several varients of 2 cylinder listeroids do not take my numbers as fact!  The coupler is less then $3.00 at Ace Hardware in the states , buy it and try it.
