What kind of Lister do I have?
« on: November 29, 2008, 02:11:40 AM »
I have a one-cylinder, air cooled Lister engine.  It has a big (around 1-1/2" diam) extended cam shaft apparently, and an automotive-style flywheel housing .  Nameplate says, "2272ST1A30-27", spaces for RPM and Hp are blank.  It's green.  It has a 2-bolt mount for an automotive-type mechanical fuel pump.  The fellow I got it from could not get it to run.  I guess its weight at 350 lb +/-

What do I have?  (please do not say, "boat anchor")

You've got an ST1

Get hold of dieselgman, on this forum, he is at diesel-electric.us and is the guy to talk to for spare parts, info etc.
