Need spec on Lister A4 engine such as revs torque etc..

Does anyone know of the engine spec for a Lister A4 engine? I have a 15Kw Generator and an engine has come up for sale but I do not know the sped other than it's an A4 4cyl air cooled diesel. My generator needs to turn at 1500 rpm so I need some spec. Any help or pointers would be great. thanks.

There aren't that many air-cooled 4-cylinder Lister engines, the SR4 and ST4 come to mind. You'll need to get the spec details off the engine plate so the engine type can be determined.

The 4-cylinder engines tended to have their own book, while the 1,2 and 3-cylinder models shared the same book and spares listing.
