Today I start the Jackson

Have the kit to get the Jackson ready to start in the morning.  Placed some super stong magnets in the sump today, and hooked up the Radiator

Drilled the hole for the powercable to hook up to the panel. running 60 amp #6 wire, and have a 40 amp breaker to start

Need to pull the cable then my son and I are going to see fire in the beast... I will take pictures and video tape the event

Going to run the house on it tommorow on a heavy load

I saw it run at Johns, so I hope it does not move too much

So what size engine is this Jkson?  What size ST head you get?  First light of an engine at home is always an exciting time.  Have fun!  Hope all goes perfectly.

This is a 6/1 with a 5KW ST head, its a loaner until Johns bigger units arrive.

I want to end up with a 10/1 with a 7.5 kw head when they arrive in the spring. 

The unit looks really good and clean
