A Stand-Up Guy - And a Satisfied Customer

From the giving-credit-where-credit-is-due department...

A while back, I ordered the Utterpower CD.  Due to a PayPal glitch, George never received notice for the payment I sent.  After a few weeks, I contacted him about it and he (after some research) discovered what happened and told me that it was like the second time in 3 years that ever happened.  He was apologetic and offered the disk for free.  I have since received the disk, and I'm very pleased to have the info.  Because it was PayPal and not George who had the issue, I couldn't in good conscience take him up on the offer of a free disk, so of course payment in full has been sent.

George, if you happen to read this, thanks again for being a stand-up guy.  It takes a man to take responsibility for his shortcomings, but it takes a special kind of man to take responsibility for someone else's shortcomings.  After a brief survey of the disk, I can tell that this info is going to be a huge resource to myself and to all of us interested in the Lister-type diesel engines.  Well done sir.
