Hello Lister Engine Forum! 

I got a question for you sage Petter heads!
Recently a mint AA1 that is set up for fixed speed operation fell into my hands. 
I would very much like to change this mint AA1 to a run as a variable speed motor. 
Is this possible  And if so, what parts are needed?  How does one proceed?
