Thanks for the information .I try not to go over 8k watts on a 12k gen so I will load it to 9 or 10k watts and adjust it how you say.That way if I see a voltage drop I turn something off.

I did order a new pump as i did not find the spring  alone .I need to know how to adjust the fuel limiting

I remove the fuel injector pump on the zs1115 it have a broken delivery valve spring .How do i adjust the fuel limiting adjuster ?

This is a  1115 engine made  by CHANGZHOU MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT IMP. & EXP. CO., LTD. (AMECCO) .It run at 1800 rpm about 8 to 10 hours a day on wvo I change the engine oil every 100 hours.

Now the the 2000 hours and back  working on the next 1000 hours .

I am   going to take the head off the chinese single for the 2000 hrs inspection and cleaning but i need the head gasket for a Zs1115.If anybody have one or know were i can get one please let me know

   can you give more information on the type of decompression relay you are using as have not been able to find one with a long stroke so I am using a universal safety door lock for a van.How is the optical sensor working I am using a hall effect sensor and what type of stepper motor

Sorry if I am short on explaining but it is very hard to communicate in English . I put some photoes here http://listerengine.com/coppermine/index.php?cat=10114.I found about 3/64 inch of carbon under the first compression ring.The cylinder sleeve was very clean without any visible wear.The bearings also had very little wear on them.
  One side note it started  first try but the thermostats say in the close position a tap on the housing made it open up an it say open all day I will replace it tomorrow.

My  changfa style engine have 1000 hours on wvo and I want to pull the head and decarbon  .I need the torque for the head bolts.Can anybody help. thanks

So far I have run my Chineses single for 236 hours without a problem .I have read about not Changfas engines not being very good ,but in my case it have run very good so far. I install a automatic compression release incase the oil pressure drops an a temperature alarm .Some times it  run from 6 to 8 hours a day

You can hear one running at http://lerch.no-ip.com/ChangFa_Gen/TOC.htm so far this is the only one i have heard , compered to the listers i have heard on line  it seems like the lister is much much quietter and more pleasant .
