Title: TL3 lister has a TR3 engine No identification fitted to it

Hi All
I have just bought a late model ( still has the original paint not burnt  on exhaust manifold) Lister TL3 engine but it has a TR3 No as follows                       08 006593 TR3 A02       under that in the revs/hp space is states   TL3 Specs, this looks like an original number,  can anyone make light of this and tell me the year, it appears to have been fitted with a TR3 (?) flywheel with the fan removed
