Title: Lister Petter
Post by: arborlis on April 30, 2010, 06:01:07 AM
Has anyone heard of an LP 60? There's a gent with two of them on a crate; he says they're 14 years old but never run. No starter flywheel housing. They also say Onan on the valve cover.

I saw those on the Galveston Craigslist. They are still there. http://galveston.craigslist.org/for/2334714010.html (http://galveston.craigslist.org/for/2334714010.html).

These appear to be the LPW4 model licensed to Onan. Flywheels and housings are expensive and difficult to obtain though. Also will need cooling fans and other external parts to make a running assembly. These appear to be replacement repower longblocks intended for parts swap from your existing engine.
